Kgomotso Ramatlo tells Women in Agri that her retrenchment from a management position in a bank was a blessing in disguise, as it enabled her to leap straight into a greater passion – farming.
She now runs a thriving vegetable farm, employing four full-time employees and five to eight seasonal employees.
